Chili Bibbi is a pop-up restaurant on a mission to showcase inventive, thoughtful, locally-centered, gourmet cuisine in a setting that celebrates the richness of Trinidad and Tobago.  For us food is central, but it is just the beginning. We aim to connect cuisine with history and heritage, and to give our guests a cultural experience of the highest quality. We are unified by our love of good food and good company, and of our beautiful republic.  Come join us.

We’re working behind the scenes to put things in place for the very first Chili Bibbi meal: on Saturday, June 22nd, we’ll be brunching al fresco in St. Clair. Reservations open Monday, May 13th, at noon.
